HOW TO PLAN    
       AN EVENT

Take a few moments to look through the entire menu.  Determine your budget and estimate your guest count.   What type of function are you hosting?  How much food will your guests eat? Do you want to provide beverages, alcohol, or dessert, and how will this affect your budget.  If you want to provide beverages or alcohol see the section titled beverages.  After determining your budget does one of our packages appeal to you? Would you prefer to create your own menu or discuss options with one of our staff?

 

Beverages

 There are many options available when it comes to alcohol service.  Options are: cash bar, open bar, or limited open bar.  A cash bar means that your guests are on their own to buy beverages.  An open bar allows your guest to order drinks at your discretion.  A limited open bar allows your guests to order drinks within your parameters.  There are many ways to limit the quantity of beverages and type of beverages your guests are consuming.  These methods are as simple as offering drink tickets to limiting the type of alcohol to well liquors and draft beers. Basic beverages (pop, coffee, tea, or iced tea) can be accounted for in two ways.  If you wanted to allow your guests to order basic beverages we would add $1.00 to your per person charge.  We can also charge you by the beverage at $1.50 per beverage.

I Know?

Appetizer buffets will be left out for a maximum of two hours.  After that the food will be returned to the kitchen for proper disposal (OCHD required).  Your menu will need to be determined one week prior to the event.  We will also require a guaranteed number three business day’s prior.  An eighteen percent gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges.  We are prepared to accommodate for a ten percent overage of your guest count.  Please be conservative on your guest estimate, as you will be charged for the guaranteed number.  Please note that each appetizer package gives a quantity of individual item pieces.  Additional food can be purchased at an additional charge.  Our minimum appetizer buffet starts at $8.95 per person with an 18% gratuity for our staff.
